This big crocodile is hanging down from the ceiling of the arcade of the old townhall of Brno. It was a donation by emperor Mathias Corvinus to the city of Brno in 1608. Of course nobody knew anything about crocodiles in those days and so there started a rumor that it was a dragon that was killed by some brave men.
